To celebrate one year of craft and community, Connecticut Distilling proudly introduces Barrel-Aged Apple Cinnamon Drops, a handcrafted spirit aged in charred American oak barrels and infused with real apples and cinnamon sticks. Produced and bottled in Waterbury, Connecticut, this limited-edition release showcases the brand’s dedication to quality, innovation, and local craftsmanship — capturing the rich, spiced warmth of fall in every pour.

Most distilleries start with grain. They order it by the pallet, mill it down, mash it out. We start with liquid — finished beer, to be exact. We’ve built real relationships with local breweries and repurpose their beers into our base material.
